Common questions
Before we start.
What should I include in an initial inquiry?
Share your application, company, country and a short description of the equipment or cooperation you need. A reference model, quantity or project stage is helpful when available.
Can I discuss OEM or customization?
Yes. The initial areas of focus are pH controllers, level products, dosing systems and control boxes. The exact customization scope is reviewed for each requirement.
Can I inquire about recurring equipment supply?
Use the Product Supply inquiry route for metering pumps, air-operated diaphragm pumps and related equipment. Include existing model references when available.
How do I request support for existing equipment?
Choose Existing Customer Support and include the equipment model or order reference and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.
